Taryn Murphy!

Taryn Murphy, the latest addition to our team, is our new Digital Marketing Manager.
Please extend a big CLT “welcome aboard” to Taryn Murphy! Freshly graduated from Hillsdale College (where she was the Outstanding Senior Woman) with a baccalaureate in philosophy and religion, Taryn already has considerable experience in the fields of education and public affairs. Among many other accomplishments, she has interned with California state Senator Joel Anderson and with Focus on the Family, spent three years as a Winston Churchill Research Fellow for Hillsdale’s “The Churchill Project,” and served as a Special Education Teaching Assistant at Williams Elementary in Jonesville, MI. She maintains a travel-and-coffee blog on Instagram at @TheCoffeeQuester, and published a debut collection of poetry in 2019.
Asked why she accepted a position with CLT, she replied, “Education is not a temporary endeavor focusing only on grades and future employment. Instead, learning is a way of life, and education may best be described as the process of becoming human throughout one’s lifetime. CLT encourages today’s students to seek intellectual and moral excellence and champions a hunger for timeless truth.”
